How do I return an item?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Once you contact us for a RMA you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of the transaction and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any items sent back without an approval or RMA will not be issued a credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect the product and notify you within 24 hours on the status of your refund. After inspecting the item to insure all conditions have been met, and a manager approves your return, we will initiate a refund back to the method of payment (Cash transactions will be issued as an in-store credit) minus a 25% restocking fee. You will receive the credit within 3-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Defective or Missing Items.
All defective or missing items from your order must be reported within 48 hours after you receive your shipment. If the box is not opened and inspected within that time frame we will not be liable for rushing product out, paying overnight shipping fees or loss of income due to missing items. If the issue is reported within the 48 hour time frame we will rush the correct items out (at our cost) or issue a refund. If the defective item is not returned within 7 business days of approval the exchange / refund will be cancelled.

Any missing items not reported within 14 business days of purchase date are not eligible for a replacement or refund and the buyer is responsible for paying.
