Ship Out orders are processed Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. We process the orders in the order that they are received. Orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday.

Note: Same day shipping window is 1-2 business days, we typically get orders shipped out the same day if the order is placed by 2:00PM CST, but if we are having a high volume day your order may not go out the same day. The earlier you place the order, the better. We process all packages in the order they are received. Placing your order in advance will help ensure you receive your package on time. (1-2 business day processing time excludes free shipping, your free shipping order may go out in this time frame, but prepare for a 3-5 business day window)

  • Please keep in mind that all paid shipping orders may take 1-2 business days (from the time we receive the order) to process plus your individual transit time. Business days exclude Saturday and Sunday.
  • During the holiday seasons it is best to order ahead of time and prepare for a 2 day processing time period plus transit time. Placing your orders in advance will help ensure you get your package in time. 
  • Keep in mind that the more you pay for shipping the faster your package will be delivered, below all shipping services are outlined. Services are not guaranteed, they are estimated time frames. Claims can be filed for "late" delivery or "lost" packages, but the shipping service will have to approve the claim before costs are refunded. 
  • We do not have control over the transit time, once the package leaves our facility it is up the the shipping provider to deliver the package within their company paramotors. 
  • Free Shipping Orders: Free Shipping on all orders that reach a subtotal of $250. Processing time - 3-5 business day plus estimated shipping time. You have the option to pay for shipping on orders for a faster processing time.

Online Order Pickup are processed Tuesday-Friday. In Store Pickup is from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM. In the event that you can not pick up your order between the time of 11:00AM - 3:00PM please contact us between 9:00 AM- 3:00PM to arrange an earlier or later pickup time.

In Store Shopping: In store shopping is now available on Thursday and Friday from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Same Day Order Processing Cut Off Times:

Online Order Pickup: Order by 1:00 PM for same day pickup Tuesday-Friday. Please have your order number when you arrive to pickup your order.

Ship Out: Order by 2:00 PM CST for same day processing and shipping. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST (Monday-Friday) will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  • Paid shipping order processing time is 1-2 business days plus transit time, it is best to prepare for 2 business days for the order to be processed in our facility (business days exclude Saturday and Sunday).
  • When our order volume is not high we do our best to process all orders the same day they are received as long as we receive the order before 2:00PM CST, Monday-Friday.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide, due to the package having to go through customs we can't give an estimated transit or delivery time frame. Each customs port has unique regulations, once the package leaves our facility it is up to the shipping service to deliver the package. You can expect a 3-5 business day processing time within our facility, plus transit time from the date you place the order.

  • Refunds on international orders will exclude Shipping Cost, Taxes and Duties fees
  • Refund will only be issued on product - shipping cost, taxes, and duties will be lost 
  • Packages are shipped via DHL or Postal Service - tracking information can be found on your Shipping Confirmation Email or SMS Message.
  • Shipping costs, taxes, and duties are automatically determined by the shipping service based on your region upon checkout

Why didn't my order ship? (order has not left our facility) :

  • We do our best to ship orders out (Monday-Friday) within 1-2 business days, depending on the volume of business, same day shipping is considered 1-2 business days. Always, keep this in mind when placing your order. Placing the order earlier in the day will help ensure it goes out same day as we process all packages in the order that they are received. 2:00PM CST is our deadline (Monday-Friday), we do not print any orders after that deadline. Any order placed after 2:00PM CST will be processed the next business day.
  • Sometimes our inventory is off and we are missing product from orders, in this situation we always contact each customers to make them aware and offer a substitution or refund. If we can not reach the customer we will not ship the package until we speak to the customer directly.
  • We may have received the order after the cut off time or on a day that we are closed see operational hours above (when this happens we will process and ship the package on the next business day within our operational hours). 
  • You chose Free Shipping - Free shipping orders are shipped UPS ground and can take up to 3-5 business days to process within our facility + the transit time.
  • We need to speak to a customer regarding their order, but there is no contact information on the order. For example the contact information is not correct .

 

Understanding Shipping Services:

All American Balloons uses the UPS and USPS services, we are not affiliated with either company nor do we have control over the way they run. We can not anticipate or prevent delays, lost packages, damaged packages, closures or any unexpected issues within the UPS or USPS companies or take financial responsibility for any issues arising at the fault of either service. Please keep in mind that most service transit times are estimated time frames. 

USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS 2nd day, and UPS Next Day Air are guarantied services, meaning if the package isn't delivered in the expected time frame you will be able to get your money back after making a claim through the service company. All other options are an estimated delivery time and are not subject to a refund if they arrive after the shipping date shown at checkout.

UPS Services vary in shipping times, there are multiple options to choose from. Keep in mind our operational hours and processing times. Shipping costs increase with speed of delivery. It is best to order 2 days in advance when using the Next Day Air service, our packages are picked up at 5:00PM CST Monday-Friday. If UPS doesn't get the package to their facility in time, the package may not be shipped out the same day which could delay a Next Day Air delivery. 

Shipping Costs: When choosing your shipping service on large or odd shaped items, the system may not calculate the correct shipping cost. In situations like this we will contact you to pay the additional cost to ship the item out. We will cover up $5 of an overage shipping cost when not calculated correctly. If the additional cost to ship the item is more than that, then the customer will have to pay the additional cost, choose another shipping service, or cancel the order.

UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day, delivered by 12:00PM-1:30PM (estimated)

UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 business day, delivered by end of day 10PM (estimated)

UPS Next Day Air Early: 1 business day, delivered by 10AM (estimated)

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days, delivered by the end of day 10PM (estimated)

UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days, depending on the area you live in- delivered by the end of day 10PM (estimated)

UPS Ground: Estimated 1-5 business day shipping depending on where you live on the UPS ground map below. Delivered by end of day 10PM (estimated)

Keep in mind that all timeframes are estimated and are not applicable until the package leaves our facility. If you do not receive your Next Day Air packages in 1 business day you will need to file a claim through UPS (please call customer service with any questions, filing a claim does not automatically mean UPS will accept fault) as it is their responsibility to deliver in that time frame. Next Day Air packages placed Monday-Thursday before 2:00PM CST will go out the same day and should be delivered in 1 business day. Next Day Air orders placed after 2:00PM CST will be processed the next business day. Next Day Air orders placed after 2:00PM CST Friday-Sunday will go out the next business day (Monday). Next Day Air orders will not be delivered on holidays as UPS is closed.

 

Priority Mail Express: (Next Day to 2 Day Guarantee by 6 PM) available to most US addresses and PO boxes

USPS Priority Mail: (estimated 1-3 business days) domestic deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days depending on where your package starts and where it is going.

USPS Ground Advantage: (estimated 2-5 day shipping) ships through the United States Postal Service and will take up to 2 business days to process within our facility Monday-Friday plus the shipping time. See the map below for estimated arrival times in your area.
