Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In addressing the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) we feel the need to communicate with our customers the precautions we are taking to protect both them and our employees. All counters, computers, doors, shopping carts and floors are being sanitized daily. We are providing face masks and gloves for anyone in the store to use while working or shopping. Our employees have already frequently been washing their hands during this flu season and will continue to do so. Employees are advised to stay home if they exhibit signs of illness. We continue to monitor the CDC and will adjust our protocol’s accordingly.

We understand that many large events are being cancelled and this affects many of our customers. On the other hand, this is a great time to focus on small events focusing on close friends and family. Birthdays, anniversaries, and other important life celebrations will be important to keeping everyone’s spirits up during these unprecedented times. Many wonderful ideas have been circulating on Facebook about unique ways to support small businesses and the gig economy. Use Facebook to advertise home delivery. Locate HOA groups and neighborhood Facebook groups to let them know about you. Everyone wants to find ways to support their neighbors in this crisis and make sure no one goes without. They will likely purchase a balloon delivery just to brighten up their lives right now.

To support the gig economy that so many of our customers depend upon, we can certainly ship any supplies you need for future jobs to support the practice of social distancing. In addition, we have made the decision to reduce the minimum purchase for delivery. We will provide more details about how this will operate in the next coming days. If the CDC recommends that we shut our doors we will be ready to continue providing you with the supplies you need.

It has been our job in the balloon industry to lift people up and to spread kindness, love, and joy. We can continue to do this especially when times seem so dark and depressing. We can continue to strive to bring smiles to our community and be a positive light until we can all be together again. We wish health and happiness for everyone and look forward to the time when we can again create balloon art that’s bigger and better than ever!
