Do NOT contact us (phone, email, LiveChat, etc.) inquiring the status of your order. We are working as hard as we can and this will only delay the process even further. We will notify you either when the order is complete or if there is a complication.

Here are some excellent ways you can find your order:

 Check your invoice

  • Click "My Account" at the top-right corner of the screen and select "My orders" at the top of the drop-down menu.
  • Select the order you are looking for by number.
  • (See example below)

  • The drop-down menu will switch to the "Recover password" menu.
  • Enter your log-in email and a link to reset your password will be sent to it.
  • Please check all inboxes and allow up to 30 minutes to receive the email.

Don't have an account?

If you don't have an account, check your email with your copy of the invoice.

  • Click "My Account" at the top-right corner of the screen and select "Create your account" near the bottom of the drop-down menu.
  • Provide your first name, last name, primary email address, as well as a unique password (and phone if asked).

Ask for help

If your email IS recognized, it's possible that one our staff members created your account for you on the back-end of the website. One of us will need to send you an invite to activate the account for you to access. Here is how we can help you...

  • Click "Chat now" at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to begin a LiveChat.
  • Provide your name, email, and your question we can help you with (for this instance, your account login).

  • One of our reliable LiveChat agents will assist you at their earliest convenience (please allow time between responses, they are also very hard at work as our website administrators).
  • If requested, we will send you an invite to activate your account.
  • This invite will be sent to your provided email (please check all your inboxes and allow up to 30 minutes for arrival).
