Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting any returns at this time. Once the pandemic is over and we reopen our store, we will honor any returns from purchases made during this time. Please hold onto your receipt and insure your products are in their original packaging. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns

Once you contact us for a RMA you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of the transaction and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any items sent back without an approval or RMA will not be issued a credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Seasonal product cannot be returned after the holiday's date.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the product and notify you within 24 hours on the status of your refund. After inspecting the item to insure all conditions have been met, and a manager approves your return, we will initiate a refund back to the method of payment (Cash transactions will be issued as an in-store credit) minus a 25% restocking fee. You will receive the credit within 3-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
