Jasmine Becnel of Blondie Balloons is a Louisiana based balloon artist and shop owner. She has been creating balloon art for four years and has owned a balloon shop for 3 years. She is skilled at mixed media and deco twisting which can be seen in a majority of her work. Her installs are lavish and creative. She is a Master Balloon Professional, certified by Betallic-Sempertex. Since becoming certified she has been teaching Betallic-Sempertex class across the United States for a number of balloon distributors. Jasmine is kind and thoughtful, and an amazing instructor. She goes above and beyond to teach her class attendees everything they need to know to be a successful balloon artist.
