All American Balloons is a small wholesale warehouse in Arlington, Texas. All of our products are sold at a wholesale price. We offer our services to everyone. 

We have one Live inventory, meaning that the inventory you see on our website is the same inventory found in our warehouse. You can purchase online or in store. We offer pickup, delivery, and ship out options. 

We have a huge inventory with around 10k products. When shopping with us you may encounter an inventory discrepancy on our end or a sold out product. All products are first come first serve. Whoever purchases an item first will be the person to receive it. This comes into play when customers choose to shop in store. 

Inventory Discrepancy on Online Orders (Pickup & Ship Out):

When pulling orders we sometimes encounter inventory discrepancies for many reasons. This happens in the process of pulling the order. If we have an order with an inventory discrepancy we always call the customer to let them know. We always offer a substitution for that item if available. If a substitution isn't available we issue a full refund and then fulfill the order. We will typically will not fulfill an order with an inventory discrepancy without speaking to the customer. If we are unable to reach the customer we will refund any missing items and fulfill the order. We only do this if we aren't able to speak to the customer in a timely manner so that the customer gets their product on time. 

Sold Out Items In Store:

Our hours are Monday-Friday 10AM-3PM, these are our customer service, order pickup, and in store shopping ours. Our website is available for use 24/7, meaning we receive online orders 24/7 365 days a year. Our operation hours are from 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday, these are the hours that we are serving our customers. We pull orders from 8:30 AM-3:00PM sometimes until 5:00PM. This is important to know when shopping in store.

If you choose to shop in store we ask that you keep in mind that we are pulling orders during shopping hours. We do our best to pull as many orders as possible before opening, but due to the volume of orders and number of staff members it isn't possible to pull every order before we open our doors. This matters because we only have 1 Live inventory so orders are being place while customers are shopping in store.

This may cause you to pickup an item while shopping that is already paid for and on an online order. If this happens we will not be able to sell it to you. We will always offer a substitution if available or try to help you find another item. We understand that this can be frustrating which is why we have created this page to show full transparency.

When shopping in store you can easily access our website to check inventory since we only have one inventory. You are able to search items to find pricing, product description, and inventory quantities. Staff is also available to look up all items.
