What to Expect from Curbside Pick Up

IMPORTANT NOTICE - PLEASE READ!
Due to the increase in volume, all orders not picked up within 72 hours of the initial notification without prior communication will be cancelled, refunded, and charged a 25% restocking fee.

Placing a Pick up order
Select your "Cart" at the top right-hand corner and click the orange "Checkout" button. Select the "Pick up" option for "Delivery" on the "Information" menu. A further detailed guide can be located here.
Cuando quiera un pedido para recoger
Seleccionar "Carro” en la esquina superior a la derecha y haga click en el botón naranja "Comprar". Seleccionar la opción "Recoger” en la parte de "envió." Una guía más detallada se puede encontrar aquí.
When your order will be ready
All orders placed before 1 PM will require at least 4 Hours to be prepared, packaged, and processed. All orders placed after 1 PM will be available for pick up the following business day. Curbside Pickup isn't available Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Once your order is processed you will receive a notification. Once you've been notified that your order is ready for pickup, you can head to our locations. Please wait for the notification that assures you the order is completed before coming to pick up your order.

Todos los pedidos puestos antes de la 1 PM requerirán por lo menos 4 Horas para ser preparados, empaquetados y procesados. Todos los pedidos puestos después de la 1 PM estarán disponibles para recoger al siguiente día. Cuando su pedido esta procesado, recibirá una notificación.
When you arrive at the store
Once you arrive you must call the store to alert us that you are here. Please have your name and order number, STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE as one of our representatives comes out to meet you with your order.
